I’m a Student, How Can M Power LG Help Me?

Q:  You’re in high school now.  What would you like to learn about money?

S:  I’m getting started earning with my part time job.  I want to know how to get more money to buy the things I want.

We hear this all the time.  Most of the students we talk to want to understand money, but don’t know where to turn for their answers. That is why we created The Money Book for Teens. In the course, students like you will learn different facets of what it means to have money and what to do with it once they have it.

I’ve never met a young person who dreams of one day having a job they don’t like, working for a boss they can’t stand, so they can pay the bills they didn’t want in the first place.  I never met a teen who had ambitions of being laid off, bankrupt, and facing foreclosure.  I’ve never heard a commencement speech that included hopes and dreams of one day being so far in debt that the next paycheck won’t cover the bills.

Well, now, you can set those exciting passions for a dismal future aside.  In The Money Book for Teens students will learn the basics of how God views money, our role as his Stewards, how to grow wealth, and how to establish an estate that is worth Legacy.  Let’s face it, how many of us would like to be in a position to give to the world rather than take from it?  Giving means you have it in abundance.  Taking means you don’t have it and are trying to get it.

Do you have a plan on how to make your first million dollars? A friend of mine told me about his father the other day.  He decided when he was young that he was going to start working on his 2nd million dollars.  He’d always heard how difficult it was to make his first million and the others would follow, so he went to work on his 2nd million right away.  That’s a mindset we can all aspire to.
